Services provided by our organization
- Booking service in 3 and 4-star hotels located between 5 and 15 minutes from the School. 180 rooms between singles and doubles have been pre-booked. The rooms can accommodate up to 250 people.
- Meals for the participants served during the Forum days within the Forum premises
- Shuttle service from/to Catania and Comiso (if open) airports on arrivals (17th September 2009) and departures (20th September 2009);
- Info desk at Catania and Comiso (if open) airports, to provide information about our shuttle service on 17th; about public transport on 18th, 19th;
- Shuttle service between the hotels and the Forum venue;
- Shuttle service for the social programs;
- Opening ceremony on 17th: (program to be confirmed)
- Welcome cocktail & opening dinner on 17th
- Historical Sicilian Cheese and Wine Tasting at CORFILAC on 18th
- Closing ceremony on 19th: Organ Concert at Ragusa’s Baroque Cathedral. Organ Master: Marco D’Avola
- Closing Gala dinner on 19th
Further information about transfers
On 17th at Catania and Comiso (if open) airports’ arrivals there will be a stand where a delegate of our organization will provide information about the shuttle service to the hotels/Forum venue.
On 20th the Forum organisers will provide the transportation service from the Hotels to Catania and Comiso (if open) airports.
For those who arrives/departs between 18 and 19 September it will be possible to travel from Catania airport to Ragusa (and return) by the public bus service (http://www.etnatrasporti.it/). Busses leave about every hour, first in the morning from Catania airport is at 06:10 last in the evening is at 20:10, first in the morning from Ragusa is at 05:30 last in the evening is at 17:00.

We will pick you up at Ragusa bus station on request.
