How to register

It is possible to register for the X ENSSEE Forum from its first announcement – 14th November 2008 – until the deadline –  16 August 2009
After the registration, your email address will be added to our database in order to keep you updated on any information concerning the Forum.
The registration process consists of 2 easy steps. Firstly it will be necessary to fill in the online form. Please note that each registration refers to an individual therefore it will be possible to use ONLY 1 email address per registration. After submitting, the applicant will receive a link in his/her mailbox, by following that link the registration process will be complete and the applicant will receive a confirmation email with a recap of the information filled in. Secondly to provide a bank transfer (subscription fee) to our bank account by using the following details:

Please note that the registration fee depends on the date you register as well as on your status (member or non-member), as described in the scheme below:

Non-member fee includes ENSSEE 2010 Menbership
(non European organizations will receive the Associate membership)

After submitting please remember to send us your flight schedule at your earliest convenience.
After deadline we will send to all the individuals/organizations registered a complete participants’ list containing the data submitted for your own record.
It is possible to cancel your participation until 30th June 2009, in this case the Forum organisers will provide a refund of the subscription fee deducted by the bank transfer costs. There will be no refund after the deadline. After the deadline, you loose all the rights for reimbursement.
